2. Services Provided

We offer residential, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, Airbnb, and post-construction cleaning services. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Services must be booked in advance via phone, email, or online.

Bookings are not confirmed until we send a confirmation message.

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash and select digital payment methods (as available).

A $25 late fee applies to unpaid balances after 5 days.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% service fee.

No-shows or denied access at the time of service may result in a full service charge.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean the issue area — no extra charge. Claims made after 24 hours may not qualify for a return visit.

7. Client Responsibilities

Provide clear access to the property and disclose any special instructions in advance.

Secure all pets and valuables before our team arrives.

Dust & Done cleaning services is not liable for damage to unsecured or fragile items, pre-existing damage, or pest infestations.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions, harassment, or violations of these terms.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Our cleaners exercise care and caution. However:

You must report any damage or concern within 24 hours.

We are not responsible for damages resulting from faulty fixtures, furniture instability, or normal wear and tear.

Valid claims will be reviewed and resolved reasonably.

10. Privacy

11. Policy Changes
